Wheel of Dice
Wheel of Dice is a simple game of chance I noticed at an Internet casino using Evolution Gaming software. The game uses three wheels with 32 stops each. Each stop shows the face of a die, from one to six. The lower the number of dots, the more it appears on the wheels. The player may choose which wheel to bet on and what face it will land on. There is also a side bet based on all three wheels.
Here are the rules of Wheel of Dice.
- The game uses three wheels with 32 slices each. On each slice is the face of a die, from one to six. The distribution of how often each face appears on each wheel is shown below.
- The player may bet on any specific wheels(s) and what number that wheel will land on. The pay table is shown below.
- There is also an "any triple" bet, based on the outcome of all three wheels. That pay table is also shown below.
The following table shows how often each face of the die appears on each wheel.
The following table shows what each bet pays, which are expressed on a "to one" basis.
Single Wheel Pay Table
The following table shows the winning outcomes of the Any Triple bet. Pays are on a "to one" basis.
Any Triple Pay Table
|Three any 3, 4, or 5||5|
The following table shows the probability of winning and house edge of all six bets on a specific wheel. Pays are on a "to one" basis.
Evolution Gaming Analysis
The following table shows the probability and contribution to the return for each outcome of the Any Triple bet. The lower right cell shows a house edge of 5.25%.
|Three any 3, 4, or 5||5||729||0.022247||0.111237|
Like all games of pure luck, the only strategy is in bet selection. With the lowest house advantage on the six on a specific wheel, I would recommend sticking to that, if you must play.
